Hi James--

I highly recommend the Biofreeze sample. I have been using Biofreeze for years,
originally suggested by a physical therapist. It works on migraines, backaches, etc.
It is the best non-prescription pain reliever. It is hard 2 find--usually medical services,
like physical therapy, or by mail.
