Chili's was my dinner this past Friday night. I ordered online and drove 20 minutes to
pick it up. When I got there, I forgot this coupon. Ahh well, whatever. So I went home
with the food. Got home and saw that none of it was what I ordered. Ugh!! I know, I
should have checked, but I didn't. So we called. I wasn't mad...was in a whatever
mood, so I didn't care. Things happen. So I drive back, get the correct order and
triple check this time. They were extremely apologetic and the manager came by
and gave me a $20 gift card for my inconvenience, which I thought was really cool
of them.
