I received a letter from E-Prize on August 23 stating that I had won the Grand Prize
in the "Tic Tac Shake It Up & Refresh Your Life" sweepstakes and Instant win game.
I have returned the affidavits to E-Prize and I am waiting to hear from the Travel
agency about the travel info now.
This is a Tropical Trip for two, consisting of coach transportation for two to Oahu,
Hawaii, six days/5 nights hotel accommodations, activities including an island
adventure, dolphin and snorkel adventure, a waterfall tour, a crater tour and a
shark encounter.
Also included are round trip transfers between airport/hotel and hotel/activities.
Finally, $500 spending money for the winner.
The approximate retail value of this prize is $7060.00.
