As some of you know, I've been working this last year to publish a book on ramen
titled "Simply Ramen".  A compilation of 70 traditional and non-tradiitonal ramen
recipes for the noodle lover plus some super yummy side dishes, many of which
are family favorite recipes.

It's been a labor of love and when it's finally published, I think I'll feel like I birthed
a baby.  The pre-sale link to the book is available now and my publishers have
asked me to spread the word and get lots of pre-orders in.  They say that this will
encourage larger orders from the book stores when it's actually published.
